To understand the freshness of our food, it's important to take a look inside the scratch kitchens at each of our restaurants. We can't have a high-quality presentation if we cut corners in the kitchen.

The best Asian herbs and vegetables are chopped daily, and our meat is fresh and sliced right before it hits the wok. Even our sauces are made from scratch every day. It's this extra step and attention to detail that sets us apart from everyone else.


Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy. Additionally, if a person in your party has a special dietary need (e.g., gluten intolerance), please inform your server at the beginning of your visit. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Our dumplings, wontons, sushi, and rolls are made by hand every day. Each plate is unique, reflecting the true passion of that maker. It's a meditative practice - rolls, stuff, fold, pinch, repeat - that takes tremendous skill, an eye for detail, and most importantly, a genuine love for scratch cooking.
